Iron(II) fumarate, also known as ferrous fumarate, is the iron (II) salt of fumaric acid, occurring as a reddish-orange powder, used to supplement iron intake. Pure ferrous fumarate has an iron content of 32.87%.

Ferrous Fumarate is orange or brown powder. Ferrous Fumarate can be lightly dissolved in water and ethanol. Ferrous Fumarate is widely applied in food and beverage industry, and the adding amount should be in accordance with the requirements of GB14880-94 and GB2760.
